DCI

The Reidland Band Boosters took 38 students to the DCI competition in Murphysboro TN last night. They got to see the following bands perform: Phantom Regiment, Blue Devils, Bluecoats, Holy Name Cadets, Glassmen, Boston Crusaders, Crossmen, The Academy, Mandarins, Pioneer, Cascades, Music City and Music City Legend. The shows were all GREAT! The kids were amazed! The show was won by the Blue Devils.

Band Camp continues on Monday at 8 am. The kids are working super hard this year and we will have a great show! Stay tuned for more updates and pictures!

Day 2

Today starts the second day of band camp. They worked hard yesterday and I am sure they will again today. Try to run by the school early when picking the kids up in the afternoon. They are in the front parking lot marching from about 3:30 - 5:00 every day. Watch the show come together. I will try to get some more pictures posted later in the week.

Band Camp begins Monday July 20 at 8:00 A.M.

I know most of you are looking forward to band camp this year. We have a great show and I can't wait to see all that you learn and do with the music. Be sure and arrive a little early if you can. I would like to get you checked in and some of the records for the boosters updated before camp starts if that is possible.

I will be there tomorrow to take some pics so come with your best smile and best attitude. Remember YOU can do ANYTHING you set your mind too!

Band Camp

Don't forget next week begins the first full week of band camp. DCI trip is next Friday the 24th. Keep checking for more updates.
